+19+ Moving day [action/accidental voice]

The sky is relatively clear, but the incoming clouds, thick and bright against sky, hint at snowy weather around the corner. It's with that in mind that Leon (fellpool), Precis (rocketpunch), and Claude (mirrorblade) move their belongings from community building 1 to their new house, house 59.

Yep, that's right -- a trek from one side of the village to the other. There will be return trips, breaks, and maybe some unpacking going on today, so there's no shortage of places to see the trio today.

It's while Leon is rolling his teleportaton barrel that his journal falls out of his bag. He doesn't hear it over the sounds of the wood against the ground, but he is able to hear his pet cat meow in complaint behind him.]

What is it, Filia? [The journal may catch the sound of the cat meowing and Leon's footsteps as he walks back.] Man, it fell out again...? I should've just thrown it in one of the suitcases. C'mon, let's go -- this barrel isn't gonna move itself.

[Yellow kinda figured that much about Leon, but she had no idea that Precis made things too..!] Ohhh... I can imagine.. In that case, it's good that you have all the extra space. And if you're sure, then you're welcome!

But um... There's ten of us, not including our Pokémon. And we have twelve of them at the house. Aoba and Mikado may be moving out though, I think.

Soooo, what are they? [She squats down so she can get a closer look. Hmm...Chuchu is kinda cute.] Are they really exotic pets or something?

Woah, ten of you? [Holy crap. Ten people in one house, plus their Pokémon? That was kind of ridiculous.] It's a shame they're leaving, but it might be for the best. I don't think I've seen many houses that big around here.

[There's something about that smile that makes Claude wonder if he can trust it... But she is Leon's friend, so it should be okay, right?]

Oh, um... We're going to be in house 59 now. It's kind of far, but it's the best we could do.

[Consider... consider. Well, noted. she shrugs, and then just decides to leave it at that. For now]

[Leon startles a bit when he hears Nagisa, and he looks over at her with an embarrassed frown.]

Oh-- Hey, Nagisa. She usually stays inside, so... Yeah, I guess not many people see her.

Inventor, actually. Mechanics, engineering -- you name it. [But as far as actual titles were concerned, they ended up tinkering in similar ways more often than not.] She keeps a messier workplace, so we can't share.

[Oooh, a robot? Even cooler! He'll grin right back.]

I sure am! I know him and Leon.

[Since Ven's aware that they're from the same world and know each other, eeeyup.]

No way, you know Leon, too? [She's kind of surprised that so many people know Leon, even if he's been here for two years. He's definitely not the Leon she knew.] Claude and I are pretty tight, so it's nice to meet you. I'm Precis!

Oh that's fine. I was just a little confused since it sounded really weird and all. That explains that though, I guess. Are you moving into a new house though?

[Always good to meet new friends! And a friend of a friend is always a plus.]

Yeah. Another friend-- [yes, Precis was a friend despite the way they talked to each other] --showed up from my world, so we're getting a house together. ...It's pretty far from everything, though.

[Leon kinda wants to sit down, but he needs to check if there's any damage to his barrel. So he's leaning against it with the lid off while he checks the crests inside.]

It could be worse. [He admits.] But we did move everything in one day.

Yeah, but I'm sure we'll get used to it. [He vaguely wonders who'll be the first to complain...] But what about you? What are you up to today?

Oh, like other people from your world, right?

[Chuchu's gonna go ahead and sniff you now, Precis.. (And wow did I say Dody before? I meant Ratty hnn)] Kind of! They're not really that exotic to me, but I guess they are to a lot of people here. They're called Pokémon. Chuchu here is a Pikachu, and Ratty's a Raticate.

Yep, ten. Gold, Silver, Red, Mewtwo, Kaori, Frey, Selphie... Do you know any of them? [Excluding Aoba and Mikado now but.. yeah.]

The new house would've probably had enough room for them though, so it's too bad. I'll just have to visit them though! [LIKE SHE WILL TO YOU maybe. because Precis...]

I think I carried more than you did, Precis. [Just because Frankenrobbie can carry a couch...!!] I guess between the two of us, we really didn't have that much stuff at all.

Nope, I don't think I've met any of them. [He thinks it over again, but... nope, pretty sure he hasn't.] But that's really nice of you to still visit them. I can't ever imagine living with that many people.

Oh really? That's nice. [Kind of. It's great to see friends here, but at the same time..! Not that Atsuro can really relate to that at all yet though.] How far is it?

Yeah. My other brothers.

[Oh, brothers! That makes sense. He smiles.]

How many brothers do you have?

Well, she's really cute! What's her name?

[Hey, hey, Claude! She made a few friends, okay. It's totally more important.]

Yeah, but all I had to carry were my clothes, Robbie, and a few small things. I haven't found everything I need yet in the shops.
