+19+ Moving day [action/accidental voice]

[Backdated to February 3.

The sky is relatively clear, but the incoming clouds, thick and bright against sky, hint at snowy weather around the corner. It's with that in mind that Leon (fellpool), Precis (rocketpunch), and Claude (mirrorblade) move their belongings from community building 1 to their new house, house 59.

Yep, that's right -- a trek from one side of the village to the other. There will be return trips, breaks, and maybe some unpacking going on today, so there's no shortage of places to see the trio today.

It's while Leon is rolling his teleportaton barrel that his journal falls out of his bag. He doesn't hear it over the sounds of the wood against the ground, but he is able to hear his pet cat meow in complaint behind him.]

What is it, Filia? [The journal may catch the sound of the cat meowing and Leon's footsteps as he walks back.] Man, it fell out again...? I should've just thrown it in one of the suitcases. C'mon, let's go -- this barrel isn't gonna move itself.

[It's not too cold, so Minato's taking the opportunity to sit outside today and people-watch with some hot chocolate and his journal. Don't mind him sitting on his front porch and watching as you all pass by again... and again...]

[Even with his brain as slow as it is, Don eventually realizes that the same three strangers have been walking past his window all day, going in and out of the house opposite his own. After thinking about this a while longer, he pries himself off the couch and opens said window to hail one (or more) of the three.]

Hi. Are you moving in?

[Three people -- two of which are familiar -- have been passing by Yellow's house all day. Except Yellow's rarely home, so she doesn't notice this. She does happen to notice the group while venturing around outside though! And then again... and again... What are Claude and Precis doing? And that other boy, too. Judging by his ears, he must be that Leon guy Claude mentioned..!

Well whatever the case may be, she decides to run on over to them to see what they're up to. Her Pikachu and Raticate are following along too..]

[Excuse me what are you doing? Rolling things, I mean. Or moving things. Or both It's Leon and the rest, so...]

[Claude's carrying over a box full of things when Don calls out to them. He looks over, offering him a smile.]

Uh... Yeah! Hold on. [He should put that box down first... He sets it just inside the front door before making his way over to the window.] Hi. I guess we're your new neighbors.

I should just stick to one character per cast. (but yeah any combo for whoever--)

[On her way to the plaza for groceries, Nagisa happens to spot the group moving all their boxes (and barrel..). On her way back, she spots them once again... and after getting back home, she goes outside for a bit and.. sees them again. What are you guys doing. Moving...?

And so she's just watching awkwardly and tilting her head to the side a bit. And also thinking about how adorable that cat is. Kiiiitty.]

[It's been a long day, but when most of the work is done, it's time to take a break for good. There isn't much in the way of furniture in the house (not besides the essentials), but all of the stuff they brought over is enough to keep things from looking absolutely bare.

Once he's sure that the others know they can stop now, Claude takes a seat on the floor, leaning back against one of the boxes. He stretches his arms.]

Man, I'm beat.

[mirrorblade]

[Oh good, you brought the cute Pokémon. I mean— Claude's busy with carrying really heavy things, so he doesn't notice Yellow right away, but when she comes over with her Pokémon in tow, it's certainly hard not to! He smiles cheerfully at her, even if he's already been working for a while.]

Oh, hey, Yellow. What's up?

[Minato isn't noticed the first time that Leon passes by, as he's rather focused on actually carrying his boxes of deconstructed items and tools. Or the second time, as he's a bit tired from the first trip down. It's during the third time, the second trip down, that he happens to stop for breath in front of Minato's house, and he sees the older boy.]

Hey... Have you been sitting out there the entire time?

Some of it. [Since he doesn't know how many trips Leon and his group have made so far.]

[Leon was just about ready to shut his journal when he hears the voice, and he opens it back up to look properly at the pages.]

Huh? Atsuro? [One of the newer Brigade members. They'd only had some small talk during meetings, but the guy seemed pretty nice.]

M-- must be an interesting view. [Is it normal for people to sit outside their houses watching people walk by? He rolls his shoulders as they ache from carrying those boxes.]

[Hey, it's not like he's watching you in particular. There's nature and stuff out here too.]

It's too stuffy inside.

[Approach, neighbor, but get too close to the house and you'll find yourself bouncing off an invisible barrier.]

Guess so. I'm Don. ... It's really cold out here.

[But of course! Yellow smiles back, and her two Pokémon give him a wave.]

Hi, Claude! I've just been walking around.. What are you doing though?

[So, Ven was just minding his own business, but then he spotted Leon and the others.

And being the social derp that he is, he's totally going to waltz up to them.]

You look busy!

[mirrorblade]

It's nice to meet you, Don. I'm Claude. [He turns, gesturing to the cat-eared boy and ponytailed girl who are also working near the house.] And these are my friends, Leon and Precis. We thought we should probably get moving before it got too cold outside.

Hey, guys. [He can't wave back to her Pokémon, so he just smiles at them instead.] We're moving! My friend Precis just showed up here, so we thought we should move somewhere a little bigger than the apartments.

[fellpool]

[In the distance, Leon turns to look over towards the house (it probably has something to do with that enhanced hearing of his). Even with a box in his arms, he adjusts his grip so he can wave at their neighbor across the street.]

[Okay, okay, maybe he's lucky and can use early spring blooming as an excuse...!]

I guess that makes sense. You have several roommates, right?

[Despite the fact that they're moving back and forth between their new and former living spaces, Leon's cat seems perfectly okay with making the multiple trips.

...Well, most of the time. Leon has to slow down in rolling a suitcase when he sees his cat stop in the middle of the road to clean herself. His expression says it all.]

Right now? Really?

[He nods.] Five.

[Well even if he had, Atsuro would've ended up asking him at a Brigade meeting or something.. And considering Leon's reaction, he figures that he didn't mean to have his journal open. Oh well.]

Hey, Leon. Uh... What are you doing? I'm just hearing rustling and footsteps and... is that a cat? [Not to mention there was the loud noise when the journal fell..]

[That's good enough for them!] Oh right.. I've met Precis! Over the journal, at least. And she did mention you. [Yellow was kind of wondering whether or not Precis was going to move in with Claude and Leon, but it looks like that answers that!]

Gold actually found a bigger house than the one we have right now, so I think we're going to be moving too... [They really, really needed it.] Where are you guys moving to?
